In short: by buying from FIVOR you agree to these terms. Orders are confirmed by email, prices are in US dollars, and every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our guidance is general education, not medical advice.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and FIVOR USA, 4039 Calle Platino, Suite G, Dock 30, Oceanside, California 92056, USA. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. The LiftFlow™ Manual Roller is $79.99 for a single roller; multi-roller bundles are priced as shown on the product page and at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error — and will refund you in full if we do.
Shipping
Delivery times and coverage are on our shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
30-day guarantee and returns
If the product is not for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The process is on our returns page. This sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

Anything we publish about technique or routine is general education, not medical advice. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship and is not a substitute for professional assessment. Do not rely on it to diagnose or treat a condition.
Product safety
LiftFlow™ is a manual massage tool, not a medical device. It is intended for use on the thighs, calves, glutes, upper arms, shoulders and the back of the neck by adults. Do not use it over varicose veins, broken or irritated skin, swelling that is painful, hot, red, one-sided or persistent overnight, a rash or infection, moles or skin lesions, or a recent injury or surgical site. Do not roll directly over bone, joints or the shin, and do not use it on the abdomen or lower back during pregnancy. Keep it away from children.
Speak to a clinician before using it if you are pregnant, take blood thinners or have a bleeding or clotting disorder, have a history of blood clots or deep vein thrombosis, have or have recently had cancer or are in treatment, have lymphedema, heart failure or kidney disease, diabetes, reduced skin sensation, or any circulatory condition.
Mild redness after use is normal. Stop immediately, and speak to a clinician, if use causes sharp pain, bruising that does not settle, numbness or tingling. If in doubt, ask a clinician before starting.
Claims
LiftFlow™ works connective tissue and encourages local circulation. It affects the appearance of skin with consistent use over time. It does not remove fat, and results vary between people.
Warranties
The product is provided as described. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The content on this site belongs to FIVOR USA. You may quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use means you accept the current version.
