Questions
Everything people ask first.
Does it hurt?
There's firm pressure — that's the point of it. Most people start over leggings or pyjamas and move to bare skin once they're used to it.
Will I bruise?
Quite possibly in the first week or two — and it is usually technique, not the tool. A personal trainer among our reviewers put it best: don’t use it on dry skin or in a cold room. Use it in a warm shower with oil or soap so it glides, start with light pressure and build up. Warm tissue is pliable; cold dry skin drags, and dragging is what bruises. Reviewers who keep the pressure light report no bruising at all, and it lessens as you continue. If that matters for an event or a holiday, start a few weeks ahead. Keep it moving, work upward, use oil or lotion, and begin gently rather than going hard on day one.
How often should I use it?
Five minutes per leg, daily. It isn't a one-time fix and we won't pretend otherwise.
How long before I notice anything?
Lighter legs the same evening. Visible change in skin texture takes weeks, not days.
Can I use it over clothes?
Yes — and most people prefer to.
Can I use it anywhere other than my legs?
Yes. The handle splits in two, which lets it reach upper arms, shoulders and the back of the neck.
Does it help with bloating and water retention?
That is exactly what lymphatic drainage is for — moving fluid that has stopped moving on its own.
What's it made of?
An ABS frame with soft silicone rollers. Entirely manual — no battery, no charging, nothing to break.
