Privacy Policy
In short: we collect what is needed to run the shop and understand how the site is used. We never sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising measurement tools, which California law may treat as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — you can opt out at any time by emailing support@fivors.com, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order information — name, email, shipping address and order contents, when you buy.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. FIVOR never sees or stores your card details.
- Usage analytics — pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
- Correspondence — what you send us by email.
Who processes it
- Shopify — checkout, payment and order fulfillment.
- PostHog — product analytics, to see which pages are useful.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement, so we can tell which ads lead to orders.
Each processor holds data under its own policy. We share only what those services need to function.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart requires them to work.
Order tracking
If you use the tracking box on our Track Your Order page, the number you type is sent to 17TRACK (a third-party carrier-lookup service) to find your shipment. We do not store it, and we do not send them anything else about you.
Marketing emails
If you enter your email address in the sign-up form on this site, we store it so we can email you when we release something new or publish a guide. That is the only reason we ask for it. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to join — buying something does not sign you up.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing support@fivors.com; we will remove it and confirm. Addresses are held by our analytics provider, PostHog (United States), listed under “Who processes it” above.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is kept for up to 24 months. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — you'll get the same price and the same service either way.
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, address), commercial information (orders), and internet activity (pages viewed, device type). Sources: you, and your device when you browse. Business purposes: fulfilling orders, customer support, and measuring advertising. Disclosed to: the processors listed above.
To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, email support@fivors.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. You may use an authorized agent; we'll ask for written proof of their authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
If you are in the UK or EEA
Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract for order information, and consent for advertising and analytics cookies. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Transfers outside the UK/EEA are made under Standard Contractual Clauses. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Your rights
Email support@fivors.com and we will respond within 30 days. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
