In short: shipping is free on every order we ship, with no minimum. We process in 1–2 business days. We ship to the contiguous United States only.

Shipping is free on every order we ship — the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum purchase.
No hidden fees
The price you see is the price you pay. No handling charge, no surprise line item at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit normally takes 5–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend begin processing the next business day.
If we can't ship within the time stated, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States — the 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We're not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email support@fivors.com right away. We can usually correct it before your order ships. Once a package has shipped we can't reroute it.
Lost or damaged
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating for more than seven business days, email us. We'll replace it or refund you — you don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
